Admiral Resolve

Protect against strategic theft

Strategic theft works by impersonating legitimate people or companies. Verify who is making pickup, access, or change requests — and stop unauthorized actors from gaining approval. Use Resolve immediately at no cost. No hardware, contract, or rollout required required (fair usage limits apply).

Request Enforce Pilot

For asset owners enforcing decisions on trailers or containers

Why Resolve?

The freight industry already has ways to establish whether a company is legitimate. The gap appears during execution, when a specific request arrives and someone must decide whether to authorize it.

Admiral Resolve gives you clarity at that moment. You see who the request came from, which company it’s associated with, and whether that request is allowed for that specific load — before anything moves.

When working with Admiral-enabled carriers, the access you approve is physically enforced by the trailer. Doors remain locked and movement stays restricted unless the approved conditions are met.

How Resolve works in practice

When you receive a load request, Resolve gives you a simple way to confirm it’s real. You don’t check documents or collect paperwork. Resolve verifies the requester and their authorization behind the scenes.

Verify the requester

You see confirmation that the request came from the real person — not an impersonation.

Confirm company

You see whether they are acting on behalf of the correct carrier, shipper, or partner.

See authorization

You see whether the requester is allowed to make this change — for this load, right now.

Record the decision

Approve or deny — based on the verification outcome, creating an audit trail.

Two ways to use

Resolve supports two ways to handle a request: verify@ and Resolution Requests. In both cases, you see who the request came from, whether it’s allowed for that load, and your approval or denial is recorded. verify@ works like passport control: universal access, no pre-enrollment. Resolution Requests work like Global Entry: the same rules apply, but frequent users move faster inside the system. Both produce identical, enforcement-ready records.

verify@

verify@

When a request arrives by email, you can forward it to verify@. You see the verification status in the Admiral Access app, approve or deny the request, and move on. The request doesn’t need to originate in Admiral.
Resolution Requests

Resolution Requests

Your counterpart can create requests directly in Admiral Console. When a request arrives, the context is already established. You review it in Admiral Console, approve or deny it, and move on.

Who Resolve is for

Resolve is for anyone responsible for approving pickups, access, or delivery and routing changes — across companies, across handoffs, under pressure.

Shippers

Verify who is requesting pickup or access, confirm authorization, and record approval decisions before freight moves.

Brokers and 3PLs

Coordinate changes and exceptions by verifying identity and authorization, and documenting who approved what and why.

Carriers

Handle operational exceptions by confirming requests are legitimate before acting on access, routing, or handoff changes.

Security and risk teams

Gain an auditable record of authorization decisions, including identity, timing, and rationale, without relying on after-the-fact investigation.

Resolve is not a monitoring dashboard. It’s the system of record for decisions that matter.

When working with an Admiral-enabled carrier

When working with an Admiral-enabled carrier

Resolve delivers value immediately: verified approvals with a defensible record, without hardware or integration. When connected to Admiral Enforce, approved decisions propagate to the asset. The trailer then enforces the approved conditions, keeping doors locked or movement restricted unless those conditions are met. When extended into Admiral Execute, those same decisions are applied automatically across docks, yards, and handoffs. Execution follows the rules without manual approvals or toggles. This allows shippers, brokers, and intermediaries to benefit from physical enforcement without owning equipment themselves.

Start where your responsibility begins

Begin in email with verify@. Move into Resolution Requests when volume demands it. Promote to Admiral Execute when you’re ready to coordinate execution.
